Stop guessing at people decisions
Your team’s success doesn’t have to feel random. It can be predictable when you understand what naturally drives each person.

Managing people is hard, doing it without motivational intelligence is even harder
You’re making million-dollar people decisions based on gut feel and hope, and when things go wrong, you blame yourself for not seeing it coming — for not seeing the red flags. The problem? You didn’t have the framework that makes red flags visible.

Frustrated expectations
The new hire who aced the interview but can’t seem to deliver.
It’s frustrating when things looked great on paper but don’t deliver the expected results.

Shocking departures
The star performer who suddenly quits because they “didn’t feel valued.”
It’s frustrating when things looked great on paper but don’t deliver the expected results.

Unexpected conflicts
The two talented people who should collaborate but constantly clash.
It’s frustrating when things looked great on paper but don’t deliver the expected results.
The problem isn’t personality or skills, it’s motivation
A person can be using their strengths in a role that matches their personality—and still feel uninspired, unmotivated, and unfulfilled.
What energizes someone at work isn’t about who they are or what they’re good at.
Stop guessing and start leading with confidence
Predict who’ll succeed in a role before you hire them. Learn and understand how teams will work together, given their motivational dynamics.

Got a question? We’ve got you covered! Check out the questions below and be sure to let us know if we can answer anything else.
Start by having your team complete the MCode assessment for as little as $19. It takes about 30 minutes per person and gives them valuable self-insight. Once you have their results — their MCode Dimensions and Top 5 Motivations), you can input that data into Aligned Teams for analysis.
Not really. For intelligent analysis, we often limit team sizes to 20. But that won’t stop you to swap in different dimensions and motivations and run the analysis again (if you happen to have 22 on a team). Your subscription is based on the number of leaders (managers with direct reports), not team size.
No. Personality tests tell you who someone is. Strengths assessments tell you what they’re good at. MCode reveals what motivates them to act — which is what actually predicts performance, engagement, and fit. A person can be using their strengths and still feel unfulfilled if their core motivations aren’t engaged.
While the MCode assessment leverages positive psychology, you don’t need to master any of it. Everything is translated into plain English with specific predictions or actions to take. No jargon, no theory dumps, just practical guidance for your actual management challenges.
