Thank you for purchasing the Motivation Code assessment. Through the assessment, you will learn about the motivational themes that drive deep engagement, satisfaction, and effectiveness in your life and work.

Here’s what to expect:

  • One at a time, you will be asked to share three stories of achievements.
  • You will be be asked to rate various statements about those achievements on a 1-10 scale.
  • The entire assessment experience will take 20-30 minutes.

If you do not complete the MCODE™ assessment in one sitting, your progress will be saved. You can continue any time by logging into your account and selecting My MCODE.

Also, here is a link to the Video Library explaining the science behind MCODE and each of the twenty-seven themes. You will need to be logged-in to your account in order to view them.
