I was trained as an MCORE individual coach in 2013. It has been a fascinating journey for me since then. I was introduced to MCORE by my coach Rick Wellock. Always grateful for him.

Since my return home, I have been using MCORE with my clients, colleagues, and organizations that I work with. MCORE/now MCODE with a deeper level/ is helpful in coaching for leading people for satisfaction.
