My name is Matt and I am still in the process of being certified. I have a question about the Family & Theme Descriptions. With the 2 people with whom I have been through the MCODE process thus far I have not touched on these descriptions. How have you personally integrated them into the impact sessions you have facilitated? Do you ask clients to see with which of those descriptions they identify most closely based on their motivations? Do you narrow it down to the ones that only include their top 13 motivations, for example? I’d love to hear how you integrate this.
