Heyyy Meggin, it was in fact one of the many questions I asked Rod during my Zoom call with him on 09 Feb 2021 🙂 and he suggested 18 years as the minimum age. I am sure the MCODE team will respond to your question but here’s my experience:  I did MY FIRST MOCDE assessment for a spirited (soon-going-to-be) 18 year old and here’s what she said, ” I am happy to identify my strengths and now I am looking forward to play to my strengths” .
