Hi Richard, sounds like your friend gave you a lot of excellent feedback and ideas.  Several of my clients have used some kind of online highlighter to do Exercise 1 but others have used highlighters and sent me back the results.  And sure, I’d like to see the self-assessment template your friend created.

I think we are all going to have LOTS of clients on this!  There’s huge excitement and energy around it, I’m finding (not surprised by, however!)
