I’ve been mulling over how to engage my high schoolers in this (14-18). In discussion with several other practitioners, I’ve concluded that I will ask them in smaller groups to share an achievement story and have some conversation around that with them. Following that, if anyone would like to go through the MCODE process, then I would invite them to do so. Do you have other thoughts or suggestions?
